ARNICA
Arnica montana
Arnica, a herb of Saturn, lends strength and stamina to limbs that are worse for wear. As a herb of the mountains, it aids those afflictions that are particularly prevalent in mountain terrains - sprains and strains and tired bones. Arnica oil infusion makes an excellent massage oil or may be used as a liquid alternative to arnica cream. Of course it can also be used to create a salve or lotion. Tired feet love Arnica oil as a soothing treat.
Caution: Do not apply to open wounds.

HERBAL INFUSIONS
Some healing herbs do not contain much volatile essential oil, yet have very powerful healing properties. These herbs can be macerated (infused) in an oil base such as Almond or Olive oil to extract their healing virtues.
